Lines on both monitors

 I have these lines on both of my monitors, I have tried different cables and different computers.

What am I missing? I know my eyesight is not the greatest, but I see no lines. Do you mean the lattice work that looks like a window screen? Those are the spaces between pixels and you will not see/notice them when there's stuff on the screen.
