It’s clear that from Samsung customer service that you cannot turn the Bluetooth off on this monitor and it’s an incredible security risk. From a previous thread customer service said the only way that you possibly could would be to disassemble the monitor and remove the Bluetooth chip, but would void the warranty and so it’s not advised.
Wneee would we find the schematics of the monitor so we can find the Bluetooth chip?
Would removing the chip cause the monitor to error somehow, would that error be fixable through the service menu?
And is there really now way to turn of the Bluetooth, even through the service menu?
I really having a hard time imagining that there really is no way to turn this off considering it’s a smart monitor, and the security risk that presents.
