Samsung Magician will not open

Samsung Magician v6.2, v6.1, and v6.0 will not open. I completely removed each version, including registry entries and AppData files, before installing the next version.

I'm not sure when this issue started because it usually launches at startup and stays in the system tray. I went to use it the other day and it wouldn't load. So, I took to the forums and none of the supposed "fixes" worked for me. I don't use Windows Defender. I tried disabling protection temporarily on my third-party antivirus, but the application still would not launch.

Event Viewer had some interesting info. The first error I received was from .NET Runtime:

I noticed it's using .NET v4.0.3. I have the most current version, v4.8, installed. Maybe there's a way to install v4.0 alongside v4.8? I'm not sure though... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Problem Solved! I just installed the 9/16, 2020-KB4576947 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 1903 via Windows Update. Samsung Magician v6.2 works now!
