Unlocked note 20 ultra, unable to use esim.

I got in to sales/net code to change country but did not do anything.

Need it to have 2 lines.

Try installing Google carrier services and then reboot, it may fix the problem

How would i do that?.

I went all the way and spent so much money in a phone, samsung told me would work and then it wouldn't

Open Google play store and install the Google carrier services app and make sure that you give the app permission to access your phone

But how would that change my phones privileges?. Sorry for my ignorance, rather be honest
