Problems first started with sound not working with remote, would not go up or down with remote and there was a flashing mute symbol on the top left of screen. This was after a software update. Things have slowly going bad from Samsung sound bar not working to now remote will only turn TV on or off. Can't get into settings can't get to any apps
( pressing home button does nothing) Have tried a new remote can't get into the TV with the remote to try a software reset? Have unplugged the TV with it on? This has been a great TV but now disappointed with it......
