CU8000 Audio loss after Ring doorbell

I got a new CU8000 over the holidays so far loving the upgrade (my old TV was a 12yr Samsung LCD) I have noticed that if someone rings my Ring Doorbell, I will automatically see who is at the door, and listen to them, but after the connection is dropped to the RING I have no audio o the TV, I have to disconnect the power to the TV in order to fix it. has anyone encountered this issue?

I have same problem and searching for a solution.  Turning off and on did not help.

We have the same issue but we hit the microphone button on the remote and it puts the audio back.

That worked! Now the question is why does this annoying glitch happen! Cmon Samsung say something!
