I have been very happy with my Series 5 smart TV. I soon noticed a problem. After having mirrored my tablet, i couldn’t get it to pair, again, if i turned the TV off, and tried to use it, later.
My initial workaround was to simply unplug it, for a while, then plug it back in.
I tried Samsung customer support, but the only option they had was to manually download an update to a memory stick, then plug it into my TV. I only have a tablet, so this was maddening. I bought the TV for the sole purpose of using it with my tablet. I don’t have a USB port in my iPad-mini.
However, i finally figured out that i have to wait until the TV realizes that it isn’t paired, before turning the television off.
