Netflix not working on Samsung Smart TV

I have HU8550, SEK 3500 set-up. Firmware 1453. Netflix app has been reinstalled. I still get the "cannot play title at this time" message on every title. Netflix works fine on all other devices in my house. Any ideas?

This is what posted 3 weeks ago and haven’t had trouble since. I have a new Samsung 4K, Curved Concave Screen model, if that helps...

 

It was simple for us...we unplugged the power cord on the tv, and powered down the router at the same time for 30 secs. (Not only turned off the power, but unplugged it from dsl wall unit as well.) Mind you, 2 days prior I had a service call with my internet provider and had to reset my router. Unsure if this has anything to do with why the Netflix app wasn’t loading. The other apps in the smart hub were working just fine, so it was odd.
Anyway. Power both the tv and router for about 30 secs and voila! Netflix was working!

Hello, 

 

I've been having this issue for the past month on a new TV. Only the TV. Streaming netflix on any other device was fine. I also have a dual band wireless N router and am gettings 200 MBps down I shouldn't have any issues streaming. Upon further investigation I found that I was loosing network connection from the TV to my home network. I would be watching Netflix and it would start buffering and would never start playing again. I rebooted the network countless times unplugged the tv reset the application. Nothing worked. I searched and searched. Nothing

 

I started looking at the settings in my TV. I did the following. 

Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > and disabled IPv6

reconnected to my WiFi powered off the tv and back on. I have not had any issues since. I hope this helps. I'm also streaming 4k

Ditto for me. Unplugged tv, turned off router, turned all back on again, and Netflix now works.

My Netflix stopped working Sunday.  

 

Ive updated firmware, unplugged and reinstalled software, many times.  

 

Netflix still will not work, locks the TV. 

 

There is no option to uninstall/reinstall Netflix app.   

 

Suggestions?
