Howdy my parents TV has stopped working it is showing an icon in the center of the screen and will not let me do anything at all other than turn the TV off and on. I am having a hard time attaching the picture but it is a circle with what appears to be a un plugged cord with an arrow pointing at a spot for the cord. Just like Facebook when you receive a notification it has a smaller red circle on the top right side. The symbol on the upper right side is a small red circle with a white triangle with an ! In the center. Can anyone please help me figure this out Google is not helping at all and I can't find an instruction manual anywhere.
