I have a 65 inch Smart TV Model UN65NU6900 that TV plus will not work on. It come with an error message "There was a problem while trying to play the TV PLUS channel. Check your network settings or try again later." This TV has been doing this since it was only a couple weeks old. All the other apps and connected content work properly, so I don't know what is causing this. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Samsung should hire you as a tech.  Your solution was the solution for me.  I've been fooling around with this  for days including doing factory reset (as recommended by Samsung) which blew away all my streaming services and fixed nothing.  The techs on this thread say 'factory reset' and 'glad you got it working' when someone mentions reset to Google's DNS, unplugging from the wall, etc.  They are completely useless.  You on the other hand deserve a big Thank You!
