QLED and The Frame TVsI really enjoyed my Frame 2020 65" till this week.
There is a visible 30in wide vertical grey bar thru the whole screen and I assume the back lit is burned out. My TV is out of 1 year warranty so I reached out for the customer service and the 3rd party service and repair fee is $1900 and they sincerely suggested me to buy a new one.
This is the poorest customer service I got and not blaming the representative but the policy and poor quality of an expansive TV. Will never buy anything from Samsung. This is ridiculous.
