On my 50" QN90C, judder is present unless you turn on/off picture clarity settings. This issue comes back after the TV is turned off. Thus you have to again turn on/off picture clarity settings. Firmware is up to date and on version 1220.9.

I appreciate you sharing this concern with us. Thank you for letting us know you have already checked the firmware. It looks like the best option would be to try a factory reset on the TV. Follow the steps below.

Open Settings, and then select General.

Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.

To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.

If these steps don't match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis. The reset will be located in that menu. You can also check the user manual for exact instructions for your TV model.
