I’ve recently bought a 2021 43” Frame, I downloaded the SmartThings app so I could load my own photos. I cannot get past the upload. Everything single time I get the “an error occurred while transferring the data. Please try again”
Ive tried - reinstalling the app - restarting the tv - swapping 2.4 to 5G - different phones - different Samsung accounts… I’ve googled, I’ve tried all the permissions and setting options I can. I’ve changed image formats… you name it. Please let me know if there’s a fix!
I am having the same problem. It worked right after I updated, but now I get the “An error occurred while transferring the data” message. I want to go back to the old software, because this new one is not working.
I'm experiencing the same issue on both my 2021 Frame TV and 2022 Frame TV, which is new - it wasn't a problem before. I've just posted about this too in hopes of getting this known issue to gain traction and support.
Specifically, the upload process goes from "Setting image on The Frame..." to "An error occurred while transferring the data. Please try again."
