Can't get service for new television (QN95B)!

I have a Samsung - 55" Class QN95B Neo QLED 4K Smart TV that is less than a year old.  It stopped working suddenly, and after troubleshooting online and with a kind Indian lady on the phone, I was told to send a copy of my receipt to initiate a service call.  I just learned that my request was denied, without any reason.  My television is still under warranty, and I am not sure what to do next.  Any ideas?
