I've been successfully displaying my own photo slideshows for years, but now I get an error when I press the "Display all" button: . "Get Membership": You need a subscription..."
All I'm trying to do is display a slideshow of jpg images which I OWN, imported from USB.
What I've tried so far:

Sign out of SmartThings
-
Disconnect Network
-
Switch off at the plug, wait 10 minutes
-
Ensure all artwork is exact size, normal jpg, no metadata
-
Test with art that worked in the past
Nothing works!

Itโs been almost a week, but I still donโt have a meaningful response from tech support.

Hello, my name is Mike and I finally got a hold of a human at Samsung Support. After going thru some real time looks at the Frame TV problems of getting My Art rotating through like it has done for four years. She confirmed that they changed the policy to subscription for even your own Art Work.

QLED and The Frame TVsI am livid - this change is hostile to customers and a kick in the face to all prior purchasers who bought a Frame TV being assured this was supported functionality. Definitely calling to complain.
I was considering buying another Frame for the kid's room, but 100% will no longer be doing so. I regret recommending this TV to my friends, which is a shame since the hardware and screen are quite nice. But Samsung corporate pulling this cow excrement move to put basic functionality behind a paywall w/o any notice... shame on you.

In the European Samsung Community, a Samsung social rep said it would be fixed in the next update ๐
......
However, that contradicts what Samsung customer service told owners here, and Reddit, and what's been published on the Latin site...
I have requested consistency and a written commitment to allow us to display our own art.
