QLED and The Frame TVs

I have the 75" Frame QLED since August. For the most part it's been fine.

Recently it's started going into art mode while I'm watching a show. I am not touching the remote either.

I have turned off all the 'intelligent' features. It's hard-wired into the router so I'm not using wifi.

I've looked through all the settings to see what I can turn on or off. Not finding anything I can change that would help.

Has anyone else run into this?

Hello there, I am so sorry to hear about the recent concerns regarding art mode and have located some information that can be very resourceful with this matter.

We recommend manually installing the S/W version  1403.6 released on Samsung.com, and you can use this link to proceed with that aspect- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/

I have additional troubleshooting steps here for assistance ensuring the update is successful to resolve this matter:

Step 1. Cold boot the TV by unplugging and plugging back in the power cable.
Step 2. Turn the TV on and verify the TV is still in/ going into Art Mode. Wait for about 5 to 10 minutes for the new version of the Art app to be downloaded in the background.
*The download status is not visible – it will happen in the background. The app update would also depend on your download network speed – usually 5-10 min are enough. If the network is unstable, you can wait a bit longer (up to 1 hour).
Step 3. After 10 minutes, cold boot the TV again by disconnecting and connecting the power cable. This will allow the new Art app version to be installed.
Step 4. Verify if the issue has been resolved, and you are able to exit Art mode.

Hello, There, @PV79. We unfortunately are not able to assist with Australian models, as we are a US forum. I recommend reaching out to the community in your region: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/australia/ct-p/au
