Has anyone mounted the 43inch 2021 Frame? It looks like the mounting hardware is different than the 50” and larger. Is it really just two screws that screw into the TV and then slide into two brackets on the wall?

This is correct. The 43" version is only compatible with the enclosed wall mount hardware.
