My 75" QLED TV blacked out after 3 years working

Dear Samsung Corporation Representative,

Recently, while watching a movie, my Q80 led 75” TV (with 3 years of usage) simply “blacked out”. The Brazil Samsung authorized expert came to my house and gave me a budget for repairing the TV of R$ 13,271.00 or USD 2,600.00 (!) to replace the screen.

I paid BRL 17,599.00 or USD 3,500.00 for the TV and I understand that it would not be a smart decision to pay an additional BRL 13,271.00 or USD 2,600.00 for the aforementioned repair.

Please, I would like to know if Samsung Corporation agrees with what I heard from Samsung Brazil i.e., "repairs like this might be required, in TVs with 3 years of minor use", even considering the said quality and top-technology recently launched in Brazil (Q80-one connection).

Otherwise, I would kindly ask if Samsung corporation could help me to solve my problem to fix the TV.
