SmartThings app won’t add Art

When I am on the art mode section of the SmartThings app, it says I cannot add art unless I “change Wi-fi network”… however I’ve reconnected both my phone and the tv to the same network, and it still won’t allow it. I’m able to use the app to control the tv and link music etc.. this is the only thing that won’t work

are you using the same Samsung account on both devices? If they are different, this more than likely is the cause of it not working properly.
