QLED and The Frame TVsIs my Samsung 4k television defective or is there a setting to resolve my ongoing issues? When turning on the television (QN65QN85CDFXZA) the tv displays “no signal” message from the hdmi where my TiVo DVR is connected. The solution is to unplug and plug in the hdmi every time I turn on the tv to re-establish a signal from the TiVo. This is also true for my cable box hdmi connection, although I can lose the signal while watching programs from the cable box. The TiVo keeps its signal/connection as long as the television remains on.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi there, I can certainly understand the concern here. It sounds like the TV is not recognizing the HDMI connection. I recommend following the steps in this link:

Please let us know if this helps.
