QLED and The Frame TVsNot sure i'm in the correct board but i did not see one for TV's. Was curious to see if others had premature screen failures for and QLED 55" TV. The service tech said our screen (panel) needed to be replaced and our TV is only 3.5 years old. I've read where they should last 2-3 times longer than this. Pretty disappointed with the product and that Samsung said since i didn't have an extended warranty there is nothing they could do to help.

I can see how having screen issues can be frustrating, Depending the exact issue and if it is occurring on all sources this will require service.
