QLED and The Frame TVs
Bought this TV in Dec 2023 installed in Jan 2024.  Since then there have been a handful of times when the unit just won't turn on.  The latest, a couple days ago, was the worse case where it wouldn't turn on for almost 24 hours.  I usually unplug the power from the One Connect box, wait around 30 sec to 1 min then plug back in to no avail.  Other times I also disconnect the One Connector from the One Connect box but this doesn't work either.   For this last time, it just turned on after leaving it alone overnight.   This is totally unacceptable and very frustrating.   This TV isn't cheap and sometimes it just doesn't work?!? What?
Some background.  TV is plugged into a power strip and hard wired to the router.  I've read some posts where specialist advised plugging it into the outlet directly.  Not sure I understand why.
This last time I rebooted my router and coincidentally the tv wouldn't work.  Not sure I understand why either.
There are other issues with this tv that I'm not happy with.
One would be that sometimes I see the display doesn't keep up with fast moving images from the video feed causing a blurriness on the display.
Another, is that sometimes apps like Max or Sling just don't work and I have to go through Device Care to clean up the system.  This happens a little too often for my tastes.
I would appreciate any advice especially from a Samsung rep to reach out so we can discuss further

Sounds like you need a replacement or service--failure to power on is NOT a "normal feature" of the set!

Sometimes power strips are flaky so folks are advised to try a direct AC connection.

The blurriness may "simply" be a motion setting.

But it sounds to me that you have possibly a defective PSU.

Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. I can certainly see how frustrating that would be. Having the TV plugged into a power strip cord could be the cause of your power issues. This is because electricity from a power strip cord, or extension cord may not always be consistent and high enough to maintain full power of the TV, especially if there is anything else using the same outlet. However, I'd also like to provide the following link that has some additional things you can check that could be the cause of this issue.
