QLED and The Frame TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. I can certainly see how frustrating that would be. Having the TV plugged into a power strip cord could be the cause of your power issues. This is because electricity from a power strip cord, or extension cord may not always be consistent and high enough to maintain full power of the TV, especially if there is anything else using the same outlet. However, I'd also like to provide the following link that has some additional things you can check that could be the cause of this issue.

QLED and The Frame TVsSounds like you need a replacement or service--failure to power on is NOT a "normal feature" of the set!
Sometimes power strips are flaky so folks are advised to try a direct AC connection.
The blurriness may "simply" be a motion setting.
But it sounds to me that you have possibly a defective PSU.
