After the 1301.1 update my 30 day old QN800D Tv has a lot of issues. The HDMI ports all show power on issues on Apple TV box, Fire TV cube and Nvadia TV. Red power icon shows next to the HDMI icons even though the power is on for all devices. In addition apps will log on but not load videos, Hulu, Disney, Netflix, Prime. All of the above mentioned items worked fine before the update.
have tried all the possible solution mention after updates, restart, new 8k cables, etc..etc,, i would appreciate any ideas
Tried that plus every other solution I could find in threads. No luck. TV is still not working. Hard to understand on a 30 day old TV. Should have had auto updates turned off to prevent. Still looking for suggestions as a 85” hunk of glass hanging on the wall seems kinda useless
