Hi all,
just bought the TV above and I paired my Xbox controller to play the apps.
now when I switch on my Xbox to play the controller doesn’t control my Xbox as it’s still trying to control my TV.
is there any work around so that you can use a single controller to control the game apps on the TV AND play the Xbox without issue or do you need a separate Bluetooth controller?
thanks

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! From what I'm seeing this will not be possible as the controller is connected to the TV it will continue to use the signal even if the Xbox is on. I would recommend either disconnecting from the TV or if possible using a separate controller.
