I have purchased this around 3 weeks ago. The channels just switch on there own? This is very annoing expecially when watch a movie. But it also Happens when watching all channels, and the solar remote is sitting on the table and no one touching it? Can anybody help?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend unpairing the remote to see if this still occurs. You can do that by pressing and hold the Back button and Play/Pause button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. If it doesn't occur then you can try and reset the remote while it is unpaired, to reset it please make sure the TV is off and press and hold both the Back and Play/Pause buttons again for 10 seconds. After just turn the TV back on and press any button and the remote should pair back to the TV. Please let me know if this helps!
