QLED and The Frame TVsAnyone have issues with repair service damaging their tv? I had service on the 30th where the tech replaced my panel. But tge panel replacement had no screen protector on it so he scratched the screen and the frame was also bent. The entire service was frustrating bc I have a newborn and the tech told me I needed to help carry the tv or they would need to reschedule bc he didn't have help. Now it's been over a week and everyone I talk to keeps telling me someone will call me back and they never do. I told them that I would rather just pay extra to have it replaced bc this has been such a frustrating process and I don't want to risk damaging my tv further. Have close to 10k dollars worth of samsung products...never requested warranty help. Not a good first experience. Super frustrating
