QLED and The Frame TVsMy 75 inch Samsung QLED TV won't turn on. I have gone through the suggestions I found on line, and those sources is the next step is to consult a repair service. Facts: I plugged the TV into another outlet I know is working. No red light came on and no sign the TV had power.
I was watching the TV a few days ago when the TV turned itself off without warning. It hasn't worked since.
Can you suggest next steps Thank you

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! If the TV does not have power and you have tried another outlet, then this will require service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

QLED and The Frame TVsI did Thanks. The service provider Artur took off the back of the TV, and tested the two Printed Circuit Boards, announced one had to be replaced and the other could be repaired. For $430 he is replacing and repairing the boards (he left the TV took the boards). He mentioned to me that gone are the days when you can buy a tv and expect it to last 10 years. I appreciate all the help, and I liked Artur.
