Is there a way to retrieve my TV's warranty without going through the settings menu on the television? Like a barcode I could scan on it's exterior somewhere by chance? If not I'm out a grand. It lasted right at 14 months.😭😭😭

This page should help. There is a tab there to check your warranty. You will have to plug in your serial number. Most warranties are 12 months but it doesn't hurt to look.

Hi there!  @betancd was correct in providing that link.  You would need to get the serial number from the back of the television, but that link will give you the most accurate warranty information.  What is the trouble that you're having with the television?  We are more than happy to assist!

Let me start by saying I've only owned Samsung phones, watches, earbuds, and appliances now. I noticed 2 days before that it dimmed to greyish black. Three miniscule black lines ran horizontally across the length of the TV. Then it just dimmed to black, and once in a while, it will lighten to grey again. But I keep it powered off mainly as a preventive maintenance, I guess. I can hear the sound, and I think I can access buttons manually from buttons at the bottom. It bummed me out because it felt new, and I loved this TV(much like all my tech/gadgets)!!! Thanks for your time, and your help. I'll check for my warranty.
