QLED and The Frame TVs

I have a Samsung QN75Q65FNFXZA QLED which I purchased at COSTCO 2 year old and outer screen unglued and fell to floor and cracked. The TV was inside my room with ac running all the time. LCD is fine since noting happened to it. Is there any way to get that exterior screen without getting a whole new LCD screen. Apparently the outer screen came with a factory defect and not properly glued to LCD. Any help?

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Send your full model code and serial number via private message to get started.
