QLED and The Frame TVs
I have a Samsung QN90a 65 inch. I bought it roughly 2 years ago. I was playing ps4 tonight and excited out of a menu to regular game play and the TV seemed to freeze up briefly as it exited the menu and just stayed black. I have sound and if I shine a flash light I can see a picture. Can anyone please help me?

Haha no, definitely not. I can understand burn in lol but not this. I also understand that games can be demanding, but it's a 4k tv, and was samsungs top of the line one I believe, so it should be able to handle much higher resolution and frame rates than what a ps4 is capable of

If there isn't a blacklight setting, then it probably will be an issue with the internals of your tv

Uhg.. ok thanks. Should have hot that extra warranty, esp since I put it on my credit cardš lesson learned. Guess only option is to have them come out and pay outta pocket. I've seen videos of I love how to change them, but honestly a tv this big I'd be terrified to lay it down in any way, better left to people who are professionals that way the you break it you bought it is in effect š

I think you should look around in the settings just to make sure it's not a setting you adjusted by accident

Yep, i did when I was looking for a back light. I cranked the brightness up and messed with the adaptive display setting as well
