Soap Opera Effect - QLED 2022 Frame Tv

I have tried changing all picture settings to turn off the soap opera effect.  Any suggestions.  It's a 55" QLED Frame tv (2022 model).  I have searched online and the forum but don't see any suggestions.

Have you tried setting the picture mode to "Filmmaker" or "Movie" mode?
