Dear Community,
Please help me resolve a display challenge with my connect box and Q90R 55" frame. When I switch to USB and Smart Sources (i.e Youtube, Netflix, etc) on my TV, display is 100% fine. However, when I switch to HDMI and Satellite sources, the display comes for a few seconds and gives me an error screen (Display goes blank with the connect cable having that error symbol).
I have tried self-diagnosis on the HDMI ports, and it works perfectly according to the diagnosis feedback. Please what could the root cause for this? I need help.
