QLED and The Frame TVs

Greetings,

New Neo QLED QN85BD.
Connected via HDMI to a Pioneer H/T receiver VSX-1022K (about 10 years old).
My main TV source is an Nvidia Shiled Pro, connected to the SAT/CBL HDMI port in the receiver.

The Shield works fine, no issues, however when I get out of it (External Device) back to the Samsung Hub, or even press the Settings button on the TV Remote, a few seconds after that (while scrolling through the settings menues), the TV, Receiver and the Streamer turn off. This is extremely annoying. If I want to play Samsung TV for example, I have to be very quick in starting it before the TV turns off.

Any idea what's causing it and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Check your shield settings. Sounds like you have the settings to turn the shield off automatically and to turn the TV off when the shield turns off both enabled.

That was it, I disabled CEC and it's all good now. Thank you!
