QLED and The Frame TVs

Our 42” frame tv is hung on the wall. Just took it down to paint the wall and the wall is extremely hot - is this normal

Yes as you use the power or energy over time and often too long, it will heat the wall. The components in back get hot when you have it plugged into the outlet. Try keeping your TV off for awhile and don't have it on when not in use...

Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the back of the unit. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality. Make sure to have the proper clearance around the television and wall, also, make sure to turn off the television when not in use. Also, another tip would be to make sure your power-saving options are on, and that you're not maxing out your picture settings. This will prevent heat-up as well
