QLED and The Frame TVsWhen I do a voice search (using Amazon Alexa) on my Q60D Samsung TV, it says "here's what I found", but then, either (a) I never see the results, or (b) they flash on screen briefly and then disappear.
But if I then go to the main "Search" menu on the left-hand sidebar, the item I just searched for is there.
Any fix for this?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! @CarolynC1 Thank you for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the voice search. I'll be more than delighted to assist. If you haven't already, could you do a soft reset on the TV? Unplug the unit for 1-3 minutes and turn it back on. Check for software updates to ensure your TV's firmware is updated. Also, if you're using a Samsung remote, try re-pairing it with the TV. This can sometimes resolve issues with the voice command.
