Why do i have to use hotspot to use anything on smarthub?

I have a 75" QN90C, and I'm constantly having to connect to my phone's hotspot instead of using my home Wi-Fi to use anything on my SmartHub. These TVs cost way too much to have issues as ridiculous as this. Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix? Any updates from Samsung about this?

Hi there @Codyc21!  I had something similar happen with my television a couple of years ago.  My ISP ended up prioritizing my TV and XBox on the network and I didn't have any issues with the connection afterwards.  Give it a try and it should help you too.  If not, don't hesitate to reach out to us for additional assistance.
