QLED and The Frame TVswithin the last couple of days my TV (a 65" QLED) has been changing the input from where I have it to my HDMI input which is my ARC Speaker input automatically on its own. I've tried unplugging the TV, taking batteries out to even changing the HDMI cable but nothing is working. The last resort will be to do a hard reset but I'm waiting to see if there are other options. Any input would be appreciated.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be furstratgin wiith your TV swithcing inputs like this. Since this is occuring I would recommend trying the steps in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111222/
If this does not help then this will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
