QLED and The Frame TVsI just purchased a Samsung 75-inch Q80C TV from a local store. I know the Unit comes with a 12-month warranty- but I also purchased an extra 4-year extended warranty as well. Who is this extra 4-year warranty managed by? Is it the store or Samsung? I paid an extra $279.99 for it. Please advise how this works.

QLED and The Frame TVs@montek You would need to provide details. If you bought Samsung Care+ it is through Samsung. Otherwise it is most likely the store.

QLED and The Frame TVsI do not believe it was samsunfg care +---- so do I call the store and ask them how this is managed?-- it is on the bill from the appliance place purchased from- so it means they have someone they call and does the repair or replacement? I just want to make sure that someone knows that I am covered for FIVE years and not ONE if you know what I mean.
