multi audio output not wokring

TV says multi audio output not available, can this be activated. I want to use headphones with my soundbar. Model # QN75Q7DTAFXZA

Good afternoon, I will be happy to assist you with the audio setup. Unfortunately, the Multi-Output Audio feature is only available when using the TV speakers as the output device. It is not available using the sound bar.
