New QN32LS03BDF with a black/dark band.  Should I just return the TV?

Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating this can be especially when it's on a new TV! I suggest checking out the following link for some troubleshooting steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202526/#lines-dots-or-spots-of-any-color-app...

If the steps in the link did not alleviate the issues, please check out the following options available to you:

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have the service set up
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

If you can still simply return it, yes.
