I am unable to get my Xbox Series X (Halo Infinite Edition) to work with the universal remote feature on my tv. I have gone through the universal remote steps in my tv and after 4 attempts of pressing the directional buttons (and clicking on the center button when a direction is selected) it asks me to enter in a model number. I tried model number 1882, which wasn't detected at all, and also tried 1681, which was detected but still didn't work. I would really appreciate some assistance, if possible.
I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Have you attempted using a remote designed specifically for use with the X Box Series X. I do believe you can find them on sites like Amazon
