Gmail, drive, and play somehow got signed out of. When i enter my gmail address and hit next to enter password, the next prompt does nothing wont bring me to enter password

... you don't necessarily have to do a Factory Reset and start from scratch.

Install SmartSwitch on a desktop or laptop, start it ...

Connect your phone to that computer with cable ....

Use SmartSwitch to do a back up of the phone ... Disconnect

Do the Factory Reset on phone

Use SmartSwitch to restore from backup

Tried 3x, tech support had no answers for me either. Wondering if i should do a total reset and start from scratch
