Have u tried restarting ur phone ? Could be a glitch! Restarting phone tends to fix issues sometimes!! Also check Google photos to see if u backed some photos there

For me I had everything saved in my cloud and I signed in with my email when I got my new phone and I transferred everything from the email and my new phone is just like my old one now. Same wallpaper and everything. Check the Google photos app and it should be there with your email
