How to tell if a phone has Samsung care before buying?

How can I tell if someone has samsung care before buying a phone ? Soi wont buy a phone that works then they report it stolen

If it does prompt an email it means it has a Samsung care plus subscription

No, they could have also canceled their subscription. Even without a Samsung care Plus subscription they could still report it stolen after selling it.

Yeah I know that's only if they still have there account linked to the phone but the phone is cleaned
