I sold my Z Fold 3 for pixel fold pro 9, and I noticed my photos was backed up to Samsung cloud. I remember it was backed up to OneDrive and I could see my photos and videos on my Samsung account on website. Says It was last backed up yesterday. But when I click to view them says to log into Microsoft account. I tried the same email my Samsung account is attached to as it's the only email I use and OneDrive isn't under that email. Is there anyway to see what email OneDrive account is synced with my Samsung Cloud?

As I don't have access to a Samsung device anymore. I can legit see my photos and videos on my Samsung account but I can't do anything with them. It's stressing me out as I thought all this was backed up on Google photos as well. If this doesn't help I'm not sure if I have to buy a cheap Samsung device to just see my photos/videos. šŸ˜

@Bokie I think you are confusing 2 things.

Samsung Cloud does not backup your photos. Samsung Cloud does not backup on Microsoft OneDrive.

Samsung Gallery has integration to backup your photos to Microsoft OneDrive.

There is no obligation to use the same email for your Samsung and Microsoft accounts.

To maybe help determine which email is used for your OneDrive account, check your email history to see if you can find any emails from Microsoft OneDrive.

Try logging into your Microsoft One Drive via the website. If you can't get access, select "forgot password "

https://onedrive.live.com/login/

You can also log in to the Samsung cloud via the web

https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/

You can also install the Samsung Cloud app on your laptop or desktop to access your data

I completely agree with you, That's why I gave him options to log in via the websites. Also, his photos may be located in Google Photos
