Issues with the BINGO FOR CASH game

I was playing BINGO FOR CASH. I went and used my Jackpot spins and once I got 3 $100 across the middle . Just like all spins , it stopped. Only I didn't get the 3 $100 . The game did a quick partial spin and gave me the 30 experience points. This is the 2nd time this week that has happened. The first time I don't recall what it stopped on .
