Mobile Hotspot automatically turns off "Android System can't run on hotspot"

My Hotspot automatically turns off saying something along the lines of "Android Sytem cant run on hotspot" I have never had a problem other than the wifi being slow. Does anyone know anything about this?

Mobile hotspot is primarily a carrier service. Have you reached out to them about this yet?
