ok if you've turned on accept apps from "unknown sources" option this will allow you to download apps from places that are not available to you inside the Google PlayStore. Downloading apps from outside of the Playstore is called "Sideloading" sorry I shouldve said that. If you will go to APKMirror (which is a website full of apps just like the Playstore but for devices that dont support the playstore) you will be able to find the app you are looking for. Think of it as a Sister Playstore ...an Apk Mirror just like it sounds. And since you've clicked Allow the Download from an Unknown Source and knowing that the app is Free to use then you can download it from there no worries give me a sec and I'll pull the site for you to better get a sense of it all

yeah if that's the browser you are on. It should go ahead and auto allow when you go to download the app but it might give you a prompt. After the Samsung TV+ app is installed and you run it for the very first time, the Google Playstore will recognize it as A regular app available for your device and you will get normal updates and stuff for it from the Playstore. This is a method Developers use to get applications on a Device they are building and testing but before the device actually has the Playstore on the device if that makes sense. It's what makes Android Awesome. Its OS (Open Source) Linux framework let's devs share and build together 1000s of miles apart.

in the list of them on apk mirror there are different builds each having their own build number, some are for Note, some are for smaller screen phones , etc. each are optimal for different devices. you might have to pick a different build to find the one that is correct for yours. You are almost there though
