I hate my galaxy A11

My Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G keeps dropping calls in the middle of a conversation and I strongly suspect that it happens whenever i have another app that is running. So now I am really scared to try this free tv stuff and put more program load on the phone and mash it up any more than it is barely managing to do. This feels like trying the new vaccine.

Why does it seem that every new feature or Samsung app that that I have interest in is never available for the A10e but this is supposed to be a the best you can get when it comes to the inexpensive phones? I don't understand. I'm not completely technologically illiterate but I'm pretty close. How can a my phone support android 10 OS but can't support some of the same apps that you can use on an S10 or J3? Isn't the A10e better than the J3? but not quite as good as an S10? Someone school me.
